    "Misleading billing practices"

DentalPost has helped us find staff in the past, though not with our most recent search for a new dental assistant. Of concern, however, is that their billing practices are misleading. After canceling my job posting, I reasonably assumed that billing would stop. Instead, I later learned that "closing a job post does not cancel the subscription," meaning charges just keep recurring unless you happen to find and click a hidden cancellation button buried next to the subscription itself. Truly the button is not visible - you must click an area on the screen that is blank and only found it when told this by a representative. This setup feels intentionally confusing and designed to trap offices into paying for months of unused service. DentalPost should be far more transparent about how to fully cancel an account.

    "No candidates available"

Nice looking site, and in theory good idea. But ultimately a waste of money because you must pay to use and see and there just are no candidates. So they make money and you have no applicants. There is no value behind what they offer. I used to like the site when workers were plentiful, but now just a waste of significant money for 0 results.

    "Excellent customer service"

I have had excellent customer service and have hired my last two employees from DentalPost. I would recommend DentalPost to any dental related company when they are looking for qualified candidates!
