"No support when issues arise"
Don't waste your time! You can make them money for years with no problem... however, the one time you have an issue with an office being racist or have anything going on in life as humans do sometimes. Helen will place you on a do not book list. They do not back you up or care. There's an app called GOTU or TempMee they are much better and listen to your concerns and don't treat you like a robot.

"Worst agency in 26 years"
By far the WORST agency my husband and I have used in our 26 years of owning a wonderful dental practice. Helen, the owner, is ruthless, conniving, and completely unprofessional. If you're absolutely desperate and have no choice but to use them, get EVERYTHING in writing or they will scam you for every dime they can! Run....don't walk to find someone else.

"Unprofessional and unresponsive"
Very unprofessional. Has the worst temps come out if they even show up. Does not correct the problems nor care. Complained to Helen several times about multiple issues with their company nothing fixed adjusted or changed. Would never recommend them to anyone. Avoid at all cost.

"Plenty of work offerings"
As a hygienist, they have plenty of offerings for work, even numerous offerings if you wanted to book work the next day! Also the team is very quick to respond to your interest in listings and giving you all the relevant info you want to know before booking a job, even just via text messages. Very convenient mode for freelancing dental hygiene!
