"Payment issues after accepting position"
Terrible experience. Accepted a position only to find out after I accepted. I was then notified that the positions payment was clarified and I would not receive payment. (and was never clarified when). When I entered the chat they ask for documentation. Ok so how do I send over a 3 minute phone call? Better off going to GoTu at least their compensation is guaranteed and clarified.

"Unqualified temps and poor vetting"
As an owner of a dental practice, it's inevitable that employees call out sick or you find yourself hiring for various positions and need a temp to cover while finding new staff. While Princess is easy to use, and you can pretty much fill a position, the actual candidate that shows up is variable, and mostly disappointing. My experience with Princess has been unfulfilling, and every time I go back to use them, I keep hoping the experience will change, but we keep finding unqualified temp employees across the board. It gives me and my staff so much anxiety about who is going to walk through the door, if they show up, that we just prefer closing that day because we don't want to deal with crazy people. I've worked with about 9 different hygienists, and would never hire any of them in my practice. The overall level of unprofessionalism is astounding, patients and staff members have complained about every single one of them, from being too rough and aggressive, to doing 10 minute cleanings, to having entitled and rude attitudes, to not being able to do things on the job description like check-up X-rays. The assistants are a mixed bag. I've had more bad ones than good ones, and have asked a few to leave because their overall skill level wasn't as was advertised, and it became a liability issue. As far as payment, they all want to be 1099, which is highly suspect in California. Overall, Princess needs to vet the temps better. Employers should be able to see overall reliability of candidates and past reviews, like Uber does.

"Easy signup and good experience"
It was very easy to sign up with Princess Dental Staffing. I recently joined as a temporary Dental Hygienist and have had good experience with all the offices. I especially appreciate the text alerts and reminders of job opportunities. I'm glad I joined this agency.

"Unreliable and poorly vetted temps"
This company is TOTALLY unreliable. Their employees are not vetted, they rarely show up to work, they cancel at the last minute and Princess charges you, the dental office, if their employee doesn't cancel an employment job. Plus, to add insult to injury, they charge a monthly fee for access to all of these undesirable people. As a dental professional with a commitment to my patients, I expect an employee, even a temporary one who accepts an employment offer, to have the same commitment to show up for work, to do their job, and do it pleasantly. Princess Dental Staffing fails on almost all of these points. If I were a dental professional, I would strongly encourage you to avoid this wholly unreliable company. Dr. Eric Lernor

"Great flexibility for dental assistants"
As a dental assistant of several years, this service has made it incredibly easy to find temp work and meet some amazing people. Thanks to Princess Dental, I have the freedom to create my own schedule at my own rates. I cannot recommend this service enough for anyone looking for a change of pace.
